My life in California’s north coast has given me the chance to walk on open rugged beaches. Here I have found amazing sea life and viewed it up close. With my camera, I have been able to capture large colorful Starfish, Sea Anemones and both large and small shells. These tide pool residents have been the subject of some of my most intimate watercolor paintings and pen and ink renderings.
